  • 1 loaf sourdough bread
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 c milk
  • 1/2 c heavy cream
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 2 TB vanilla

TOPPING

  • 1/2 c flour
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c butter cold, cut into pieces

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Reduce loaf into cubes and vicinity lightly in a greased 9x13 pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix collectively eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar and vanilla. Pour calmly over bread.
  3. Cover your pan with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Mix collectively flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a medium bowl.
  5. Reduce in butter with this aggregate till crumbly and area in a Ziploc bag and refrigerate overnight as well.
  6. Take pan and Ziploc out while geared up to bake. Sprinkle crumbly aggregate flippantly over the bread.
