SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN

This sweet and bitter fowl is full of crispy bird, sparkling pineapple and bell peppers, all tossed in a sweet and savory sauce. A traditional chinese language meals dish that tastes even better than the take out version.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. place the eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. mix the flour and cornstarch together and vicinity in a shallow bowl or on a plate.
